LOCTITE HHD 3542 PUR Hot Melt

One-Part PUR · Moisture Cure · Fine Bead

One-part reactive polyurethane hot melt structural adhesive designed for robotic dispensing. Medium viscosity, relatively long open time, non-remelting after cure, with excellent elongation and structural durability.

  • Dispenses beads as fine as 1 mm for narrow bezels
  • Moisture secondary cure for initial strength plus durability
  • Good adhesion to plastics, metals, glass and composites
