Huitian 7864B Handheld Structural Adhesive

PUR Hot Melt · Moisture Cure · High Toughness

One-part solvent-free moisture-cure reactive polyurethane hot melt. Long open time, strong initial tack, non-remelting after full cure, tough and impact resistant, with good adhesion to metals, glass, plastics and composites. Meets 50 m water resistance.

  • 752% elongation for toughness and impact resistance
  • ≤20% strength loss after damp-heat and thermal shock aging
  • Meets 50 m water resistance, RoHS/HF compliant
